HomeMy Public PortalAbout08008������*���_ R D I N A N C E NO. 80086r AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in Lots 3 & 4, 16 & 17 and 21 & 22 of The Enclave, in St. Louis County, Missouri, WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed to grant to the District suitable alternate easements, 6�NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: �|ection One.�0 The following described portions of sewer easements are hereby vacated, to wit: Six parcels of land located in The Enclave as recorded in Plat Book 278, Pages 76 & 77 of the St. Louis County Records, the six parcels being portions of ten foot (10') wide easements. ����{carcel 1:�0 Part of a 10 foot wide easement, being part of Lots 3 & 4 of The Enclave, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 278, Pages 76 & 77 of the St. Louis County, Missouri records and being more particularly described as: Beginning at a point on the common boundary line of said Lots 3 & 4, distant South 47 degrees 40 minutes 42 seconds East 18.09 feet from the Northernmost corner of said Lot 4, said point being also on the Western line of a 10 foot wide utility easement; thence Northwardly along said Western line of a 10 foot wide utility easement, being a curve to the right, having a radius of 123 feet, a distance of 6.32 feet; thence South 47 degrees 40 minutes 42 seconds East 167.77 feet to the Northwestern line of a 10 foot wide easement;
