AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots C and D of Frost Industrial Park Subdivision Plat No. 1, in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portions of subject
easements, and this District has no further use for said
portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
粘ection One.・ The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Four parcels of land located in Frost Industrial Park
Subdivision Plat No. 1, as recorded in Plat Book 142, Page 99 of
the St. Louis County Records. Two parcels, Parcel 1A and 1B,
being a portion of a five foot (5') wide easement recorded in
Book 6596, Pages 1523 and 1524 of the St. Louis County Records.
Two parcels, Parcel 2A and 2B, being a portion of a five foot
(5') wide easement recorded in Book 6596, Pages 1521 and 1522 of
the St. Louis County Records.

Book 6596, Pages 1523 and 1524, of the St. Louis County
Records and described as: Commencing at the Northeast
corner of Lot D, of Frost Industrial Park, thence North
82 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds West along the North
lot line 45 feet to the point of beginning; thence
South 7 degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds West 5 feet to a
point; thence North 82 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds
West 753.16 feet to a point; thence North 7 degrees 20
minutes 52 seconds East 5 feet to a point; thence South
82 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds East 753.16 feet to
the point of beginning.ﾞE ﾞﾜjﾜ・熹Parcel No. 1B・ ｩ Part of an easement recorded in Deed
Book 6596 Pages 1523 and 1524, of the St. Louis County
Records and described as: Commencing at the Northwest
corner of Lot D, of Frost Industrial Park, thence South
82 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds East along the North
lot line 10 feet to the point of beginning: thence
South 82 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds East 50 feet to
a point; thence South 7 degrees 20 minutes 52 seconds
West 5 feet to a point; thence North 82 degrees 42
minutes 30 seconds West 50 feet to a point; thence
North 7 degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds East 5 feet to

lot line of Lot C 100 feet to the point of beginning;
thence North 82 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds West
698.16 feet to a point; thence North 7 degrees 20
minutes 52 seconds East 5 feet to a point; thence South
82 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds East 698.16 feet to a
point; thence South 7 degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds
West 5 feet to the point of beginning.ﾞE ﾞ

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 23, 1990.
