AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Insituform
Missouri Inc. for the construction of the Bissell Point Watershed
Overflow Regulation System, Lesperance Street and Bremen Avenue
Combined Sewer Rehabilitation (BP-02E, 90135), in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of
the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Insituform Missouri, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of the Bissell Point
Watershed Overflow Regulation System, Lesperance Street and Bremen
Avenue Combined Sewer Rehabilitation (BP-02E, 90135), in the City
of St. Louis, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District pursuant to bids received and opened on the 1st day of
February, 1990 and formally executed on the 13th day of February,
1990 by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District is hereby confirmed
in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 23, 1990.
