HomeMy Public PortalAbout08035������*���_ R D I N A N C E NO. 80356r AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Nineteen Thousand Dollars ($219,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for project costs for the construction of storm sewers in Gravois & Althea Phase II (88181), in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of storm sewers is Two Hundred Three Thousand Two Hundred Eightyi�six Dollars ($203,286.00), and the cost of inspection, construction staking, advertisement costs, easement charges, and allowance for construction change orders is Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred Fourteen Dollars ($15,714.00), and WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute Seventyi�three Thousand Dollars ($73,000.00) toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek, and WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri, has agreed to contribute Seventyi�three Thousand Dollars ($73,000.00) toward the total costs of said project, upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek, and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the abovei�named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,��h���0 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: �|ection One.�0 The sum of Two Hundred Nineteen Thousand Dollars ($219,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for project costs for the construction of storm sewers in Gravois & Althea Phase II (88181), in St. Louis County, Missouri. �|ection Two.�0 This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 23, 1990.
