AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company for the construction of storm sewers in Gravois
& Althea Phase II (88181), in St. Louis County, Missouri, in
compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
”Section One.• The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Gravois & Althea Phase II (88181), in St. Louis County, Missouri,
with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 11th day of January, 1990, and
formally executed on the 13th day of January, 1990, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the SecretaryªTreasurer on behalf
of the District, is hereby confirmed in
compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 23, 1990.
