AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
U.S. Survey 1908, and the southeast fractional quarter of Section
35, Township 45 North, Range 4 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said portion of subject easement
and the District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
粘ection One.・ That portion of a sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:

ﾌCommencing at the southeasterly corner of land now or
formerly of Grandpa Pidgeons of Illinois Parcel 1, as
recorded in Deed Book 5878, Page 43, St. Louis County
Records, also being the common corner between Section 1 and
2, Township 44 North, Range 4 East and Sections 35 and 36,
Township 45 North, Range 4 East; THENCE along the southerly
line of said Grandpa Pidgeons of Illinois land, North 89
degrees 05 minutes 27 seconds West 200.94 feet; THENCE
leaving said southerly line and continuing, North 00 degrees
54 minutes 33 seconds East 31.00 feet to THE TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING of this description, said point being in the
easterly line of a ten foot wide easement to St. Louis
County Sewer Company, as recorded in Deed Book 6196, Page
602, St. Louis County Records; THENCE along said easterly
line, North 01 degree 01 minute 19 seconds East 882.00 feet
to the northerly line of said easement; THENCE along said
northerly line, North 88 degrees 58 minutes 41 seconds West
10.00 feet to the westerly line of said easement; THENCE
along said westerly line, South 01 degree 01 minutes 19
seconds West 882.02 feet; THENCE leaving said westerly line
and continuing, South 89 degrees 05 minutes 27 seconds East
10.00 feet to THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT TO all
easements, restrictions, reservations and conditions of
record, if any.ﾞJ ﾞ
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 11, 1990.
