HomeMy Public PortalAbout08049������*���_ R D I N A N C E NO. 80496r AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fortyi�two Thousand Dollars ($42,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for project costs for the construction of storm sewers in East Dallas Court/San Gabriel Place (88075), in the City of Bella Villa, Missouri. WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm sewers is Thirtyi�five Thousand Three Dollars ($35,003.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection, construction staking, advertisement costs, easement charges, and allowance for construction change orders is Six Thousand Nine Hundred Ninetyj�seven Dollars ($6,997.00), and WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek, and WHEREAS, the City of Bella Villa, Missouri, pursuant to the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has agreed to contribute Sixteen Thousand Dollars ($16,000.00) toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek, and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the abovei�named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,��h���0 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: �|ection One.�0 The sum of Fortyi�two Thousand Dollars ($42,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for project costs for the construction of storm sewers in East Dallas Court/San Gabriel Place (88075), in the City of Bella Villa, Missouri. �|ection Two.�0 This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 11, 1990.
