ÁÁ AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
Summerfield Manor Plat One, a tract of land in Section 35,
Township 43 North, Range 6 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that
this District vacate any right, title or interest that it may
have in the subject sewer easement and street, and the owner of
the subject property has agreed to grant to the District a
suitable alternate easement and street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
”Section One•. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may have in
the following described sewer easement and street: (Summerfield
Manor Court):
The fifty (50) foot wide street (Summerfield Manor
Court) and the easements of Summerfield Manor Plat One, within
the area described as:
ÁÁà àà àBeginning at the intersection of the Eastern
line of property conveyed by deed to R.J. &
P.J. Voss recorded in Book 7692, Page 958 of
the St. Louis County Records, and that
Southern line of "Summerfield Manor Plat One"
as aforementioned; thence along said Southern
line North 89 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds
West, 267.50 feet to a point on the Eastern
line of a 10 foot widening strip to St. Louis
County per "Summerfield Manor Phase One" as
aforementioned; thence along said Eastern
line North 0 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds
East, 202.65 feet; thence leaving said
Eastern line and running the following:
South 89 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds East,
165.00 feet; South 0 degrees 17 minutes 00
seconds West, 16.00 feet and South 89 degreesÜj Ü
43 minutes 00 seconds East, 162.45 feet to a
point on the Southern line of "Summerfield
Manor Plat One" as aforementioned; thence
running along said Southern line the
following: South 17 degrees 56 minutes 25
seconds West, 32.33 feet; South 14 degrees 38
minutes 15 seconds West, 152.86 feet and
South 52 degrees 36 minutes 03 seconds West,
15.49 feet to the point of beginning, as
recorded in Plat Book 280, Pages 55 and 56 of
the St. Louis County Records.Þ@Þ
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 11, 1990.
