Survey 1012, Township 47 North, Range 7 East, St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: ”Section One•. The sewer easement described below is hereby vacated, to wit: ÁÁà àà àà àTwo parcels of land in U. S. Survey 1012, Township 47 North, Range 7 East in St. Louis County, Missouri. The two parcels being part of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed Book 6531, Page 1362 of the St. Louis County Records.Þ;Þ à àà àà àParcel 1 © Beginning at a point in the West right©of©way line of Lewis and Clark Blvd. (Route 367), said point being 145.00 feet West of Station 109+00; thence South 08 degrees 13 minutes 41 seconds East 56.00 feet along said West line of Lewis and Clark Blvd. (Route 367) to the ”actual point of beginning•; thence South 67 degrees 46 minutes 19 seconds West 169.00 feet, more or less, to the centerline of Coldwater Creek and the point of ending.Þ;Þ à àà àà àParcel 2 © Beginning at a point in the West right©of©way line of Lewis and Clark Blvd. (Route 367), said point being 145.00 feet West of Station 109+00; thence South 08 degrees 13 minutes 41 seconds East 8.84 feet to the ”actual point of beginning•; thence North 76 degrees 42 minutes 58 seconds West 127.30 feet, to a point; thence North 62Üj Ü degrees 12 minutes 41 seconds West 65.00 feet, more or less, to the centerline of Coldwater Creek and the point of ending.Þ;Þ The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 11, 1990.
