Home My Public Portal About08066Ã *Ã”O R D I N A N C E NO. 8066•ƒ ÁÁ AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty©three Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($63,300.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for project costs for the construction of storm sewers in Buddie Avenue #126 (88010), in the Village of Calverton Park, and St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, said project is part of St. Louis County, Missouri's $5 Million Stormwater Bond Issue Program, and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 6994, adopted March 11, 1987, authorized the District's participation in said Program, and WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm sewers is Fifty©three Thousand Twenty©five and 50/100 Dollars ($53,025.50), and the cost of engineering, inspection, construction staking, advertisement costs, easement charges, and allowance for construction change orders is Ten Thousand Two Hundred Seventy©four and 50/100 Dollars ($10,274.50), and WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute Twenty©one Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($21,100.00) toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri, has agreed to contribute Twenty©six Thousand Nine Hundred Seventeen Dollars ($26,917.00), Seventeen Thousand Dollars ($17,000.00) of which represents money from the $5 Million Stormwater Bond IssueÜj Ü Program, toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: ”Section One•. The sum of Sixty©three Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($63,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for project costs for the construction of storm sewers in Buddie Avenue #126 (88010), in the Village of Calverton Park, and St. Louis County, Missouri. ”Section Two•. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 11, 1990.
