WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above©named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: ”Section One•. The sum of Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the District for legal claims and settlements for the remainder of the 1989©90 fiscal year. ”Section Two•. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 11, 1990.
