A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 26655 AND ACCEPTING CITY EASEMENTS
AS SHOWN ON SAID PARCEL MAP
WHEREAS, the development at 3100 Imperial Highway requires the
preparation and recordation of Parcel Map No. 26625; and
WHEREAS, the Parcel Map No. 26625 has been reviewed by Willdan for
accuracy and reviewed by staff for compliance with the State Subdivision Map
Act and the City's Subdivision Ordinance. The Parcel Map is now ready to be
approved and City easements accepted by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council approves Parcel Map No. 26625 and
accepts City easements as shown on Parcel Map 26625.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.

Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this
Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of May, 2008.
