AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in a vacated alley in Block 46 of the City of Valley
Park, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title, or interest that it may have in
subject vacated alley, and this District has no further use for
said vacated alley,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
粘ection One.・ The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any right, title, or interest that it may have in
the following described vacated alley:
ﾁﾁﾌ
ﾌA strip of ground fifteen (15) feet wide [alley] between
Lots 6 through 10 and 11 through 15 in Block 46 of Valley
Park as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 10
and 11 of the St. Louis County Records.ﾞJ ﾞ
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 14, 1990.
