BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: �|ection One.�0 Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 634 (Maryalan Court). �|ection Two.�0 The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 634 (Maryalan Court) shall be as follows:��8�� ��*#��MARYALAN COURT�0Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 8 of Maryalan Acres Amended, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 10 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office, said point being in the West line of Mehl Avenue; thence Westwardly along the South line of Lot 8 a distance of 190 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 8; thence northwardly along a line being the west line of Lot 8 a distance of 100 feet to a point being the northwest corner of Lot 8, said point also being the Southeast corner of Lot 34 of Maryalan Acres Amended Addition No. 2, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 59, Page 31 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence Westwardly a distance of 335' along the South line of Lot 34 through Lot 32 to the Southwest corner of Lot 32 of said Maryalan Acres Amended Addition No. 2; thence northwardly a distance of 108' along the west line of Lot 32 a distance of 112.42 feet to a point in the line; thence westwardly along a line parallel to the south line of Lots 31 through 34 of Maryalan Acres Amended Addition No. 2, thence westwardly a distance of 167.10 feet to a point in the west line of Lot 31 of Maryalan Acres Amended Addition No. 2 and the East line of part of Lot 11 of City Farms, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 29, Page 43 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence southwardly a distance of 79.86 feet along the East line of part of Lot 11 to a point in the line; said point being a distance of 40 feet north of the South line of��d�� property conveyed to Gary W. and Mary K. Henley, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 6634, Page 2106 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence Westwardly along a line parallel to the south line of said Henley property to a point being in the west lot line of that same said Henley property; thence Northwardly along the west lot line a distance of 160 feet to point being the Northwest corner of said Henley property and in the North line of part of Lot 11 of City Farms; thence Eastwardly along the said North line a distance of 67.3 feet to a point being the Northeast corner of said Henley property and part of Lot 11 of City Farms; thence Eastwardly along the North line of Lot 31 of Maryalan Acres Amended Addition No. 2 a distance of 32.5 feet to a point in the line; thence Northeastwardly to a point being the Northwest corner of Lot 29 of Maryalan Acres Amended Addition No. 2: thence southwardly along the west line of said Lot 29 a distance of 37 feet to a point in the line; thence Northeastwardly to a point, said point being in the East line of said Lot 29, a distance 202 feet from the Southeast corner of said Lot 29; thence Eastwardly a distance of 200 feet to a point, said point being in the East line of Lot 27 of Maryalan Acres Amended Addition No. 2, a distance 202 feet from the Southeast corner of said Lot 27; thence Southwardly along the East line of said Lot 27 and prolongation of said East line a distance of 227 feet to a point being in the centerline of Maryalan Court 50 feet wide; thence Eastwardly along said centerline of Maryalan Court to its intersection with prolongation of the West line of Mehlワdワ Avenue; thence Southwardly along the West line of Mehl Avenue to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 24, 1990.
