AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Country Life Acres Lots 16 and 17, Section 21, Township 45 North,
Range 5 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District suitable alternate easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
”Section One.• The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Two parcels of land located in Country Life Acres Lots
16 and 17 in Section 21 Township 45 North, Range 5 East. Country
Life Acres subdivision plat is recorded in Plat 21, Page 16 of
the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 being part of a ten (10)
foot wide easement recorded in Deed Book 8436, Page 1149 of the
St. Louis County Records. Parcel 2 being part of a ten (10) foot
wide easement recorded in Deed Book 8513, Page 624 of the St.
Louis County Records.

ààBeginning at a point in the East line of said Lot 16,
which point bears North 00 degrees 18 minutes 00
seconds East a distance of 116.36 feet from the
Southeast corner of the property conveyed to James F.
Shekelton, Jr., and Beverly B. Shekelton, his wife, by
instrument recorded in Book 8436, page 1149, of the St.
Louis County records; thence North 81 degrees 05
minutes 55 seconds West a distance of 291.74 feet;
thence North 00 degrees 18 minutes East a distance of
10.01 feet; thence South 81 degrees 05 minutes 55
seconds East a distance of 289.90 feet; thence South 00
degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 10.11
feet to the point of beginning.ÞEÞ

Country Life Acres; thence along the West line of said

the POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; thence
continuing South 89 degrees 42 minutes East; 30.69
feet; thence South 72 degrees 01 minute 50 seconds West
13.75 feet; thence South 10 degrees 46 minutes 21
seconds West 5.78 feet; thence North 89 degrees 42
minutes West 16.58 feet; thence parallel to, and 5.00
feet east, of the west property line of said Lot 17
North 0 degrees 18 minutes East 10.00 feet to the point
