AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
SecretaryｩTreasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract Eｩ687 with Horner & Shifrin, Inc.
for engineering services for a drainage study of 400 acres north
of St. Charles Rock Road west of Taussig Road.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
粘ection One.・ The Executive Director and SecretaryｪTreasurer are hereby
authorized to enter into Contract Eｩ687 with
Horner & Shifrin, Inc. for engineering services for a drainage
study of 400 acres north of St. Charles Rock Road west of Taussig
Road.
粘ection Two.・ The contract authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 24, 1990.
