AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 1 and 8 of Tumulty Suburban Acres, in St. Louis County,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portions of subject
easements, and this District has no further use for said
portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
粘ection One.・ The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
ﾁﾁ滷eginning at the Northeast corner of the aforementioned
Lot 8; thence South 88ｼo 43'00" East a distance of 5.10
feet to a point; thence along a line 5 feet East of and
parallel to the East line of said Lot 8, South 10ｼo 23'
00" East a distance of 250.00 feet to a point on the
South line of the aforementioned Lot 1; thence along
said South line, North 88ｼo 43' 00" West a distance of
5.10 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 8; thence
along the South line of said Lot 8, North 88ｼo 43' 00"
West a distance of 5.10 feet to a point; thence North
10ｼo 23' 00" West a distance of 250.00 feet to a point
on the North line of said Lot 8; thence South 88ｼo 43'
00" East a distance of 5.10 feet to the point of
beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 89 of the
St. Louis County Records (Tumulty Suburban Acres).ﾞE ﾞ
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 8, 1990.
