Roosters Men’s Grooming Center Will Celebrate Grand
Opening of New Leesburg Location on Friday, June 28, 2013
Leesburg, VA (June 21, 2013) – On
Friday, June 28, 2013, at 2pm, Roosters
Men’s Grooming Center will hold a
ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the
grand opening of their new location at
521 East Market Street in the Bellewood Commons Shopping Center. Leesburg Mayor Kristen
C. Umstattd will officiate the ribbon cutting, along with Tony Howard, President and CEO of the
Leesburg Chamber of Commerce.
The Roosters Men’s Grooming Center in Leesburg is the franchise’s second Loudoun County
location. Owners Amy & Larry Hall also own a Roosters Men’s Grooming Center in Ashburn.
“We were met with such an overwhelmingly positive response when we first opened in
Ashburn that our dream to open a second location in Loudoun County is now becoming a
reality,” said owner Larry Hall. “We are thrilled to become active members of the Leesburg
business community.”
The new Roosters Men's Grooming Center caters to the hair and skin care needs of husbands,
fathers, sons, grandfathers, uncles, nephews and brothers -- men of all ages. Roosters’ team of
barbers and stylists offers personalized grooming services, combined with the old-school
barbershop experience for the modern man. Customers are invited to relax in oversized
leather barber chairs in six semi-private barber stations. Roosters’ custom services include
precision haircuts, shaves with hot steam towels and deep cleansing facial massages. They alos
offer a full range of top-of-the-line hair and skin care products for men. Military, police, fire,
EMS, and other local government employees receive special “hero” discounts year-round. All
customers are automatically enrolled in the Roosters loyalty program and earn points toward
free services with every visit.
“In honor of our arrival into the Leesburg market, we are pleased to announce a new
partnership with Operation Second Chance,” said owner Amy Hall. “We are delighted to give
back a portion of our proceeds during our grand opening event to this very worthwhile charity
for servicemen who have been wounded in the line of duty.”

Larry and Amy Hall are the owners of two Loudoun County Roosters Men’s Grooming Centers
