APPOINTING ACTING POLICE SERGEANTS
WHEREAS, the need exists for promotions within the Police Department; and
WHEREAS, a certified list of candidates has been issued by the New Jersey
Department &Personnel; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with the powers
bestowed upon the Governing Body pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A: 14-118 and the Code
of the Borough of Cartere~, the following Police Officers are hereby promoted to the
rank of Acting Sergeant, effective December 5, 1996:
NICHOLAS MIRANDI
ANDREW TARRANT
DENNIS McFADDEN
GARY GUILIANO
Adopted this 19th day of November, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the original
on November 20, 1996.
