owned by Riverside Sewer Company and used or intended
to be used in the possession, occupation or enjoyment
thereof, and all replacements, additions and

ﾁﾁ 粘ection Two.・ The Executive Director and SecretaryｪTreasurer are hereby
authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to execute and deliver a
Special Warranty Deed and any and all other documents as approved
by the office of the General Counsel of the District as may be
necessary to effect the sale and conveyance as authorized in
Section One above, and further to deposit the proceeds from said
sale and conveyance in the reserve for Real Property Purchase,
Improvement and Alterations Account.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 3, 1990.
