AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in part of Lot 29 of
Northfield, City of Bridgeton, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted the District a suitable
alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a sewer easement is hereby
vacated, to wit:
The portion of the ten foot (10') wide easement in part of Lot 29 of Northfield. Northfield
as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 77 of the St. Louis County Records. The
easement to be vacated is recorded in Deed Book 7423 Pages 1730 and 1731 of
the St. Louis County Records. The portion of the easement to be vacated does not
include the area which is in the southern portion of Lot 29 and would coincide
with the southern prolongation of the easement recorded in Deed Book 7791,
Pages 2095 and 2096 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 3, 1990.
