AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Three Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($103,500.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Creve CoeurｪFrontenac for engineering services
for the final design of DCｩ8
Deer Creek Sanitary Relief (90018); and authorizing and directing
the Executive Director and SecretaryｩTreasurer to enter into
Contract Eｩ691 with Engineering Design & Management, Inc. for the
aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the aboveｩnamed fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
粘ection One.・ The sum of One Hundred Three Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($103,500.00) is hereby appropriated from
the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Creve CoeurｩFrontenac for engineering services for the final
design of DCｩ8 Deer Creek Sanitary Relief (90018).
粘ection Two.・ The Executive Director and SecretaryｪTreasurer are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into
Contract Eｩ691 with Engineering Design & Management, Inc. for
engineering services for the final design of DCｩ8 Deer Creek
Sanitary Relief (90018); said contract to be comprised of such
terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General
Counsel of the District.
粘ection Three.・ This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 3, 1990.
