A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE A
PORTION OF GLICKMAN. AVENUE 120 FEET NORTH OF DAINES
DRIVE, IN SAID CITY, AND FIXING A TIME AND PLACE'FOR
HEARING OBJECTIONS TO THE PROPOSED VACATION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE, ORDER
AND DETERMINE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the public
and the City of Temple City does
vacate a portion of that certain
particularly described as:
Glickman Avenue, approximately 120 feet north of
Daines Drive
• interest and•convenience.require-
hereby declare its intention to
street in said City, more
SECTION 2.. A map or plan indicating by boundary lines the,
extent of the,pr.operty included in the proposed vacation is on file
in the Office of the City Clerk and reference is hereby made to
said map or plan for a further full and complete description of all
property comprising the aforesaid portion of the street proposed
to be vacated as declared herein.
SECTION 3. Any and all persons interested in or objection to
the proposed vacation may appear before this Council on the 2nd day
of September, 1975, at 7:30 p.m. of said day in the Council Chambers
of said City Council in the City Hall,: in the City of Temple City,
and show cause why said portion of such street should not be vacated
and abandoned as aforesaid.
SECTION 4. The City Council declares that if said street is
vacated the City will reserve all easements located therein.
SECTION 5.. The Superintendent of Streets shall cause to be
posted - notices of the passage of-this Resolution at the places -and
in the manner required by law. These proceedings.,- are - taken -under
and by virtue of the provisions -of the-Street Vacation Act of 1941,
as amended, being ,Sections 8300,to 8331 inclusive of the Streets
and Highways Code of the State of California.
SECTION 6. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.

City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting held
on the 5th day of August, 1975, by the following vote -of the Council:
