AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-four Thousand Eight Hundred
Forty-six Dollars ($64,846.00) from the Improvement Fund for the State of
Missouri's share of the costs of the Hilvin Drive stormwater project (P-17287)
(91060), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project is part of St. Louis County, Missouri's $5
Million Stormwater Bond Issue Program, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 6994, adopted March 11, 1987, authorized the
District's participation in said Program, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri's share of the project cost is
One Hundred Twenty-nine Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-two Dollars ($129,692.00),
and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to pay to the District
its share of the project cost, which amounts to Sixty-four Thousand Eight
Hundred Forty-six Dollars ($64,846.00); upon the receipt of such funds from
said source, said money will be returned to the Improvement Fund, and
WHEREAS, the total cost for said project is One Hundred Ninety-four
Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-eight Dollars ($194,538.00), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-four Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-
six Dollars ($64,846.00) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement Fund for
the State of Missouri's share of the costs of the Hilvin Drive stormwater

project (P-17287) (91060), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 9, 1991.
