AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in U.S. Survey 880, Township
44 North, Range 5 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the
District to vacate said sewer easements, and this District has no further use
for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The variable width and the ten (10) foot wide sewer
easements described below are hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the intersection of the northerly line of Ruel Winkle as
recorded in Deed Book 7435, Page 1166 of the St. Louis County,
Missouri records and the southwest line of State Route 141 (80 feet
wide); thence along the southwest line of said State Route 141 (80
feet wide) North 35 degrees 50 minutes 02 seconds West, a distance
of 248.48 feet to the northerly line of the easement recorded in
Deed Book 7538, Page 993, and the point of beginning; thence
following said easements the following courses and distances:
South 87 degrees 37 minutes 13 seconds West, a distance of 30.00
feet; South 02 degrees 22 minutes 47 seconds East, a distance of
72.47 feet; South 51 degrees 13 minutes 58 seconds West, a distance
of 178.06 feet; North 88 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds West, a
distance of 127.87 feet; South 20 degrees 04 minutes 10 seconds
West, a distance of 10.57 feet to the aforesaid northerly line of
Ruel Winkle; thence along the northerly line of Ruel Winkle South
88 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 136.38 feet;
thence continuing along said easement the following courses and
distances: North 01 degree 09 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance
of 1.21 feet; North 51 degrees 13 minutes 58 seconds East, a
distance of 184.85 feet; North 02 degrees 22 minutes 47 seconds
West, a distance of 72.53 feet; North 87 degrees 37 minutes 13
seconds East, a distance of 23.30 feet to the aforesaid southwest
line of State Route 141 (80 feet wide); thence along said southwest
line of State Route 141 (80 feet wide) North 35 degrees 50 minutes
07 seconds West, a distance of 5.99 feet to the point of beginning,
as recorded in Deed Book 7538, Page 993 and Deed Book 7538, Page
991 of the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 9, 1991.
