AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in Site 12 of
Victoria Crossing at The Villages of Cherry Hills in St. Louis County,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portions of subject easements, and this District has no
further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of ten (10) foot
wide sewer easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Two parcels of land located in Victoria Crossing - Easement Plat
Two at The Villages of Cherry Hills as recorded in Plat Book 269, Pages 83 and
84 and Plat Book 300 Page 76 of the St. Louis County Records. The two parcels
being part of a ten (10) foot wide easement.
Parcel 1
Commencing at the point of intersection for the centerline of Imperial
Crown Way and the centerline of Jubilee Hill Drive, both being
recorded in "Victoria Crossing" - easement Plat Two at The Villages
of Cherry Hills recorded in Plat Book 269, Pages 83 and 84 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence along the centerline of said
Jubilee Hill Drive North 20 degrees 15 minutes 10 seconds West
154.70 feet to a point; thence leaving said centerline North 69
degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds East 42.00 feet to a point on the
East side of a 10 foot wide easement, said point being the point of
beginning of the herein described tract; thence North 20 degrees 15
minutes 10 seconds West 5.00 feet to a point of curvature to the
right, said curve having a radius of 88.00 feet; thence along said
curve in a northeasterly direction an arc distance of 5.00 feet;
thence North 69 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds East 44.86 feet;
thence South 20 degrees 15 minutes 10 seconds East 16.53 feet;
thence South 69 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds West 10.00 feet;
thence North 20 degrees 15 minutes 10 seconds West 6.53 feet;
thence South 69 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds West 35.00 feet to

the point of beginning.
Parcel 2
Commencing at the point of intersection for the centerline of Imperial
Crown Way and the centerline of Jubilee Hill Drive, both being
recorded in "Victoria Crossing" - easement Plat Two at The Villages
of Cherry Hills recorded in Plat Book 269, Pages 83 and 84 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence along the centerline of said
Jubilee Hill Drive North 20 degrees 15 minutes 10 seconds West
65.67 feet to a point; thence leaving said centerline North 69
degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds East 42.00 feet to a point on the
East side of a 10 foot wide easement, said point being the point of
beginning of the herein described tract; thence North 20 degrees 15
minutes 10 seconds West 10.00 feet; thence North 69 degrees 44
minutes 50 seconds East 35.00 feet; thence North 20 degrees 15
minutes 10 seconds West 7.50 feet; thence North 69 degrees 44
minutes 50 seconds East 10.00 feet; thence South 20 degrees 15
minutes 10 seconds West 17.50 feet; thence South 69 degrees 44
minutes 50 seconds West 45.00 feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 9, 1991.
