AN ORDINANCE, vacating an access easement in Lots 8, 9, 10 and 11
of River Ridge, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed to grant to
the District a suitable alternate ingress-egress easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The fifteen foot (15') wide access easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning of the Northwest corner of Lot 8 of River Ridge; thence along
the Northern line of Lot 8 North 53 degrees East a distance of
120.00 feet to a point of curve; thence along a curve to the left
having a radius of 60.0 feet a distance of 60.74 feet to a point;
thence North 05 degrees West a distance of 37.74 feet to a point of
curve; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 60.0
feet a distance of 33.51 feet to a point; thence North 37 degrees
West a distance of 77.99 feet to a point; thence North 22 degrees
West a distance of 159.18 feet to a point in the Northeastern line
of Lot 11; thence along said Northeastern line South 85 degrees 39
minutes 45 seconds East a distance of 16.74 feet to a point; thence
along the Eastern line of Lots 11 & 10 South 22 degrees East a
distance of 149.78 feet to a point; thence along the Eastern line
of Lots 10 & 9 South 37 degrees East a distance of 76.02 feet to a
point of curve; thence along a curve to the right having a radius
of 75.0 feet a distance of 41.89 feet to a point; thence South 05
degrees East a distance of 37.74 feet to a point of curve; thence
along a curve to the right having a radius of 75.0 feet a distance
of 75.92 feet to a point; thence South 53 degrees West a distance
of 120.0 feet to a point in the Eastern right-of-way of Mario
Place; thence along said Eastern right-of-way North 37 degrees West
a distance of 15.0 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in
Plat Book 289, Page 83 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting
therefrom existing easements coinciding with the access easement.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 9, 1991.
