A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE DATA LICENSE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AND THE COUNTY
SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 2 OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY
WHEREAS, the County Sanitation District No. 2 of Los Angeles County
has a Sewer System GIS Data Base; and
WHEREAS, as part of the City's Sanitary Sewer Management Plan the
County Sewer System GIS Data Base is needed; and
WHEREAS, to provide the City, at no cost, a copy of the Sewer System
GIS Data Base, the County Sanitation District No. 2 of Los Angeles County
requires a Data License Agreement between the City and the County; and
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the .Data
License Agreement between the City of Lynwood and the County of Los Angeles
in a form approved by the City Attorney.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this
Resolution.
