AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Six Thousand
Nine Hundred Eleven Dollars ($6,911.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to pay the District's share of the
additional costs for the construction of storm channels in Spoede Acres #4
Stormwater Project (P-16643) (88172), in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by the City of Creve Coeur,
Missouri at an estimated total cost of Two Hundred Thirty-nine Thousand Four
Hundred Thirty-six and 75/100 Dollars ($239,436.75), and
WHEREAS, the District has agreed to contribute Two Hundred Thirty-
nine Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-six and 75/100 Dollars ($239,436.75) toward
the total costs of said project, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8195, adopted October 3, 1990, provided the
initial funding for said project,
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Thousand Nine Hundred Eleven Dollars
($6,911.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to pay the District's share of the
additional costs for the construction of storm channels in Spoede Acres #4
Stormwater Project (P-16643) (88172), in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 9, 1991.
