AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Forty Thousand
Dollars ($40,000.00) from the Clean water Capital Improvement Trust Fund to be
used for project costs for the construction of the Bissell Point Aeration Tanks
(BP-11, 90207) at the Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment Plant, in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8148, adopted August 8, 1990, and Ordinance
No. 8203, adopted November 19, 1990, appropriated the initial funding for said
project costs, and
WHEREAS, the cost for the construction of the foundations for the
radio towers for the Bissell Point Watershed Overflow Regulation System
Communications System is Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00), and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7.120 of the Plan of the District, the
appropriation effected herein will not result in a deficit at the end of the
current budget year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust Fund to be
used for project costs for the construction of the Aeration Tanks (BP-11,
90207) at the Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment Plant, in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1991.
