AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in Lot 1 of
Carberry Heights, in Creve Coeur, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the
District to vacate said sewer easement, and this District has no further use
for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing in the south line of Ladue Road, 60.00 feet wide, from the
intersection of said road line with the west line of property
conveyed to Martin Lammert by Deed recorded in Book 790, Page 400
of the St. Louis County Records bear north zero degrees 25 minutes
54 seconds East 272.00 feet; thence along a line south 89 degrees
31 minutes 00 seconds east 6.00 feet to the point of beginning of
the southwest corner of a tract partially occupied by a 2 story
residence; thence along said line south 89 degrees 31 minutes 00
seconds east 4.00 feet to the southeast corner of said occupied
tract; thence north zero degrees 25 minutes 54 seconds east 48.00
feet to the northeast corner of said occupied tract; thence north
89 degrees 31 minutes 00 seconds west 4.00 feet to the northwest
corner of said occupied tract; thence south zero degrees 25 minutes
54 seconds west 48.00 feet to the point of beginning as recorded in
Plat Book 297, Page 41 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1991.
