AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-five
and 82/100 Dollars ($7,635.82) from the Improvement Fund for the State of
Missouri's share of the costs of the Forest Meadows stormwater project (BI-5-
89), in the City of Chesterfield, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Chesterfield, Missouri has undertaken said
project at a total cost of Twenty-two Thousand Nine Hundred Seven and 47/100
Dollars ($22,907.47), and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to pay to the District
its share of the project cost, which amounts to Seven Thousand Six Hundred
Thirty-five and 82/100 Dollars ($7,635.82); upon the receipt of such funds from
said source, said money will be returned to the Improvement Fund, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-five and
82/100 Dollars ($7,635.82) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement Fund for
the State of Missouri's share of the costs of the Forest Meadows stormwater
project (BI-5-89), in the City of Chesterfield, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1991.
