AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in U.S. Survey 2038,
Township 47 North, Range 5 East, and being partly in Lot 1 of Brotherton and
Ferguson's Subd. of Lots 12, 13, 14 and 15 of August Chouteau Tract.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted to the
District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is hereby vacated,
to wit:
The ten (10) foot wide easement in U.S. Survey 2038, Township 47 North,
Range 5 East, and being partly in Lot 1 of Brotherton and
Ferguson's Subd. of Lots 12, 13, 14 and 15 of August Chouteau
Tract, as recorded in Deed Book 6443, Pages 1267 and 1268 of the
St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1991.
