AN ORDINANCE, vacating a stormwater control and ingress/egress
easement in Lot 1 of Lilac-270 Industrial Park in the City of Creve Coeur, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed to grant to
the District a suitable alternate easement and ingress/egress easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The stormwater control and ingress/egress easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
The stormwater control and ingress/egress easement in Lot 1 of Lilac-270
Industrial Park as recorded in Deed Book 7554, Page 1359 of the St.
Louis County Records, this vacation does not in any way vacate the
easement and ingress/egress easement in Lot 1 of Lilac-270
Industrial Park as recorded in Deed Book 8894, Pages 1129 and 1130
of the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1991.
