HomeMy Public PortalAbout08311 O R D I N A N C E NO. 8311 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in Lot 4 of Starlight Meadows Plat 2 and Lots 25 and 26 of Fifeshire Acres, St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The portions of sewer easements described below are hereby vacated, to wit: Two parcels of land located in Starlight Meadows Plat 2, Lot 4 as recorded in Plat Book 133, Page 59 of the St. Louis County records; and Fifeshire Acres Lots 25 and 26 as recorded in Plat Book 59, Page 45 of the St. Louis County records. Parcel 1 being a portion of a ten (10) foot wide easement in Starlight Meadows Plat 2, Lot 4. Parcel 2 being a portion of a five (5) foot wide easement in Fifeshire Acres Lots 25 and 26. Parcel 1 Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 4; thence along the East line of Vega Drive (50 foot wide), North 01 degrees 50 minutes East a distance of 10.00 feet, thence South 89 degrees 56 minutes East a distance of 90.00 feet; thence South 01 degrees 50 minutes West a distance of 10.00 feet to the South line of said Lot 4; thence along the South line of Lot 4 North 89 degrees 56 minutes West a distance of 90.00 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 2 Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 26; thence along the North line of said Lot 26 North 89 degrees 56 minutes West a distance of 5.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 01 degrees 50 minutes West a distance of 5.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 56 minutes West a distance of 90.00 feet to the East line of Vega Drive (50 foot wide); thence along a line parallel to and 1 foot West of the East line of Lot 25, being the East line of Vega Drive (50 foot wide), North 01 degrees 50 minutes East a distance of 5.00 2 feet; thence along the North line of Lot 25 and Lot 26 South 89 degrees 56 minutes East a distance of 90.00 feet to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1991.
