AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars
($240,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Coldwater Creek to pay the District's share of the total costs for the
construction of storm improvements in Marvin Ave. Box Culvert & Channel
Improvement (P-13824) (88147), in the Village of Breckenridge Hills, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project was undertaken at the request of the Village
of Breckenridge Hills, Missouri at an estimated total cost of Two Hundred Forty
Thousand Dollars ($240,000.00), and
WHEREAS, the District has agreed to pay Two Hundred Forty Thousand
Dollars ($240,000.00) as the total costs of said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars
($240,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to pay the District's share of
the total costs for the construction of storm improvements in Marvin Ave. Box
Culvert & Channel Improvements (P-13824) (88147), in the Village of
Breckenridge Hills, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 13, 1991.
