AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer to execute an easement deed for the construction of water
lines and appurtenances by the St. Louis County Water Company, across certain
District property in St. Louis County, Missouri, in Sections 3 and 4, Township
44 North, Range 5 East, as described in the deed recorded in Book 6761, Page
2317 of the St. Louis County, Missouri records.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.
LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized and directed to execute an easement deed for the construction
of water lines and appurtenances by the St. Louis County Water Company across
certain District property in Sections 3 and 4, Township 44 North, Range 5 East
in St. Louis County, Missouri, as described in the deed recorded in Book 6761,
Page 2317 of the St. Louis County, Missouri records.
Section Two. The easement deed as authorized by Section One of
this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved
by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 13, 1991.
