AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
($350,000.00) from the Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust Fund to be used
for project costs for the construction of the Bissell Point Watershed Overflow
Regulation System Interim SCADA System (BP-05B), in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri; and authorizing a contract with Sachs Electric Company for the
construction of the aforesaid project,
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of the Interim SCADA System
is Three Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-five Dollars
($333,859.00) and the allowance for change orders is Sixteen Thousand One
Hundred and Five Dollars ($16,105.00, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7.120 of the Plan of the District, the
appropriation effected herein will not result in a deficit at the end of the
current budget year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
($350,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Clean Water Capital Improvement
Trust Fund to be used for project costs for the construction of the Bissell
Point Watershed Overflow Regulation System Interim SCADA System (BP-05B), in
the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director is hereby authorized to enter
into a contract with Sachs Electric Company for the construction of the Bissell
Point Watershed Overflow Regulation System Interim SCADA System (BP-05B) in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,

shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 13, 1991.
