AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a Stormwater Control Easement in
Parcel B U.S. Survey 936 and Fractional Section 24 Township 45 North Ranges 4
and 5 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the
District to vacate the portions of the subject Stormwater Control Easement, and
this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of the Stormwater Control Easement in
Parcel B U.S. Survey 936 and Fractional Section 24 Township 45 North Ranges 4
and 5 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri, described below are hereby vacated,
to wit:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Parcel B; thence North 56
degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds East along the Southern line of
Parcel B, a distance of 180.00 feet to a point; thence North 48
degrees 44 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 6.00 feet to a
point; thence North 7 degrees 44 minutes 30 seconds East, a
distance of 4.26 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing
North 7 degrees 44 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 85.73
feet to a point; thence South 32 degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds
East, a distance of 64.45 feet to a point; thence South 56 degrees
28 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 55.12 feet to the point
of beginning, located in Parcel B of Schnucks Clayton and Woods
Mill Center as recorded in Plat Book 223, Page 21 of the St. Louis
County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 13, 1991.
