AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in part of Lot 3 of the
Subdivision of the Northeast One-quarter of Section 16, Township 45 North,
Range 5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed to grant to
the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is hereby vacated,
to wit:
Beginning at the intersection of the East line of property conveyed to
Missouri Baptist College of St. Louis as Parcel No. 3 by deed
recorded in Book 5594, Page 102 of the St. Louis County Records
with the South line of Conway Road, 60 feet wide; thence along said
East line of Missouri Baptist College of St. Louis property South
00 degrees 12 minutes 51 seconds West 605.41 feet to a point;
thence North 84 degrees 00 minutes 20 seconds East 10.06 feet to
the actual point of beginning; thence North 84 degrees 00 minutes
20 seconds East 219.61 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the
left whose radius point bears NOrth 74 degrees 01 minute 35 seconds
East 60.00 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 10.36
feet to a point; thence South 84 degrees 00 minutes 20 seconds West
223.37 feet to a point; thence NOrth 00 degrees 12 minutes 51
seconds East 10.06 feet to the actual point of beginning, as
recorded in Deed Book 7658, Pages 1349 and 1351 of the St. Louis
County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 13, 1991.
