AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 2 of Montego Hills,
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed to grant a
suitable private alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The five foot (5') wide sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit:
The five (5) foot wide easement in Lot 2 of Montego Hills, shown as a "5'
Wide Sanitary Sewer Easement" as recorded in Deed Book 4447, Pages
449 and 450 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 13, 1991.
