AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in Lot 38 of
Woodlawn Terrace, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the
District to vacate said portions of sewer easements, and this District has no
further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
Two five (5) foot wide easements on the West line of Lot 38 of Woodlawn
Terrace, as recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 46, and Deed Book 1643,
Page 99, of the St. Louis County Records; excepting therefrom the
Southern five (5) feet of each easement.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 13, 1991.
