HomeMy Public PortalAbout08333 O R D I N A N C E NO. 8333 AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District in a portion of a sewer easement and road easement in a 20 foot wide tract of land being parts of Parcel 1 of Resubdivision of Lot 34 of Marine Gardens, Lots A, B and C of Resubdivision of Lot 35 of Marine Gardens and Lot 36 of Marine Gardens in Section 28 Township 46 North, Range 5 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in the subject portion of a sewer easement and a road easement, and has agreed to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may have in the following described portion of a twenty foot (20') wide sewer easement and road easement (Creve Coeur Avenue): Beginning at a point being the Southwest corner of Lot 36 of Marine Gardens as recorded in Plat Book 52 Page 6 of the St. Louis County Records, thence North 0 degrees 40 minutes West along the West line of said Marine Gardens a distance of 903.42 feet to a point being the Northwest corner of said Lot 1 of resubdivision of Lot 34 Marine Gardens as recorded in Plat Book 168 Page 77 of the St. Louis County Records; thence North 89 degrees 20 minutes East along the Northern line of said Lot 1 a distance of 20.00 feet to a point; thence South 0 degrees 40 minutes East a distance of 908.79 feet to a point being the Northern right-of-way of Marine Avenue, said point being the Southern line of said Lot 36; thence North 75 degrees 38 minutes West along said Northern line of Marine Avenue right-of-way a distance of 20.71 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 168, Page 77 and Plat book 52, Page 6 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the twenty foot (20') wide sewer easement on Parcel 1 of Lot 34 as recorded in Deed Book 8343, Pages 950 and 951 of the St. Louis County Records. 2 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 13, 1991.
