AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in Section 34,
Township 43 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted to the
District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of a ten foot (10') wide sewer easement
described below are hereby vacated, to wit:
Two parcels of land being part of Adjusted Parcel 1 of Clifton Heights
Boundary Adjustment Plat as recorded in Plat Book 303, Pages 20-23
of the St. Louis County Records, and in Lot 52 of Clifton Heights
in Section 34, Township 43 North, Range 6 East in St. Louis County,
Missouri. Said two parcels being part of a ten foot (10') wide
easement as recorded in Deed Book 8260, Pages 2096 and 2097 of the
St. Louis County Records.
Parcel A
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the aforementioned Adjusted Parcel
1; thence along the North line of said Adjusted Parcel 1, North 89
degrees 53 minutes 56 seconds East 455.36 feet; thence leaving said
North line, the following courses and distances, South 25 degrees
15 minutes 41 seconds West 77.51 feet; thence South 41 degrees 47
minutes 41 seconds East 104.35 feet; thence South 26 degrees 53
minutes 44 seconds West 10.73 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the
tract herein described; thence South 41 degrees 47 minutes 41
seconds East 10.73 feet; thence South 26 degrees 53 minutes 44
seconds West 56.69 feet; thence South 14 degrees 36 minutes 31
seconds East 80.20 feet; thence South 01 degrees 55 minutes 50
seconds West 157.03 feet; thence South 22 degrees 57 minutes 19
seconds East 85.91 feet; thence South 12 degrees 13 minutes 33

corner of said Adjusted Parcel 1; thence along the South line of
said Adjusted Parcel 1 South 89 degrees 38 minutes 56 seconds East

19.39 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the tract herein described;
thence North 50 degrees 54 minutes 52 seconds West 13.20 feet;
thence North 01 degree 40 minutes 31 seconds West 64.92 feet;
