AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-seven Thousand Dollars
($67,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for the State of Missouri's
share of the costs of the Westport Crossing (P-15568) stormwater project, in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project is part of St. Louis County, Missouri's $5
Million Stormwater Bond Issue Program, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 6994, adopted March 11, 1987, authorized the
District's participation in said Program, and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri's share of the project cost is
Sixty-seven Thousand Dollars ($67,000.00), and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri's share of the project cost is
Two Hundred Ninety-five Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-five and 03/100 Dollars
($295,685.03), and
WHEREAS, the total cost for the Westport Crossing (P-15568)
stormwater project is Three Hundred Sixty-two Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-five
and 03/100 Dollars ($362,685.03), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-seven Thousand Dollars ($67,000.00)
is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the District for the State of
Missouri's share of the costs of the Westport Crossing (P-15568) stormwater
project in St. Louis County, Missouri.

Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 1991.
