AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in Lot A of
Brod Dugan Plaza, in the City of Ferguson, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted to the
District suitable alternate easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
A 10 foot wide strip of land being part of Lot A of Brod Dugan Plaza
Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 296, Page 46 of the St. Louis
County Recorder's Office, Township 46 North, Range 6 & 7 East, St.
Louis County, Missouri and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North line of said Lot A, distant
South 82 degrees 16 minutes West 136.00 feet from the Northeast
corner of said Lot A; thence South 7 degrees 44 minutes East 84.00
feet to a point; thence South 82 degrees 16 minutes West 10.00 feet
to a point; thence North 7 degrees 44 minutes West 84.00 feet to a
point in the North line of said Lot A; thence North 82 degrees 16
minutes East 10.00 feet to the point of beginning, as shown in Plat
Book 296, Page 46 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 1991.
