AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in Lot 4 of
Westborough, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed to grant to
the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 4; thence along the West
line of said Lot 4, North 02 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, a
distance of 40.00 feet; thence South 59 degrees 52 minutes 58
seconds East a distance of 53.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence North 39 degrees 21 minutes 44 seconds East a
distance of 119.48 feet to a point; thence South 07 degrees 16
minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 18.82 feet to a point; thence
South 39 degrees 21 minutes 44 seconds West a distance of 101.90
feet to a point; thence North 59 degrees 52 minutes 58 seconds West
a distance of 10.13 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, as recorded in
Plat book 297, Page 97 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 1991.
