AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer to subordinate certain rights across portions of easements owned by
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to the Missouri Highway and
Transportation Commission for the purpose of highway improvements at Ballas
Road and Highway 40, in St. Louis County, Missouri, designated as Job No. 6-I-
270-647.
WHEREAS, the subordination of said rights in said easements will
not interfere with the sewer services provided therein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District does hereby
subordinate certain rights across portions of easements owned by the District
to the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission for the purpose of
highway improvements at Ballas Road and Highway 40 in St. Louis County,
Missouri, designated as Job. No. 6-I-270-647.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the District an instrument giving
effect to Section One hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 1991.
