AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer to execute an easement deed for the construction of an underground
communication system and appurtenances by American Telephone and Telegraph
Company and AT & T Communications, Inc. across certain District property in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri, in City Block 2520, as described in deed recorded
in Book 84M, Page 959, and in City Block 2509, as described in a deed recorded
in Book 72M, Page 1799 of the Office of the Recorder, St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.
LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized to execute an easement deed for the construction of an
underground communication system and appurtenances by American Telephone and
Telegraph Company and AT & T Communications, Inc. across certain District
property in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, in City Block 2520, as described
in deed recorded in Book 84M, Page 959, and in City Block 2509, as described in
a deed recorded in Book 72M, Page 1799 of the Office of the Recorder, St.
Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. The easement deed as authorized by Section One of
this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved
by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 1991.
