AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) from the Coldwater
Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund for additional easement
acquisition for the Upper Coldwater Creek Sanitary Relief, Section
E, Coldwater Sludge Line, and Coldwater Outfall Sewer projects.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 7985, adopted January 10, 1990,
provided the funding for the initial easement acquisition for said
project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-five Thousand Dollars
($75,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Extension and Improvement Fund for additional easement acquisition
for the Upper Coldwater Creek Sanitary Relief, Section E,
Coldwater Sludge Line, and Coldwater Outfall Sewer projects.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 8, 1991.
